I had a feeling Avatar would win for Cinematography. I believe this is the perfect type of award for this film. I know that this may sound snobbish but I would rather see an independent film like The Hurt Locker win every time over a big budget film for large awards. I do recognize that Avatar was wonderful and had excellent cinematography. I am embarrassed to say that I accidentally posted Live Action Short Film already sorry.
