News: Dan Radcliffe is Quiet On The Western Front
I am pleased to announce that Daniel Radcliffe looks like he will have a long career ahead. I think we all knew that the star of Harry Potter would have a shelf life after disappointing dismounting his broomstick and dropping his wand. He is a versatile actor of stage and ... Read More

Top Ten Films I Watched With My Dad

Posted On 18 Jun 2010 By Heather. Under Top Tens And Lists.
This week Heather didn't want to do another predictable top ten list, and with Fathers Day on Sunday it would have been very easy to pick out movies with that theme, but it boils down to the same 15-20 movies on a list, and so I came up with my own personal "Dad" list. Movies my Dad watched with me as a kid.

Review: Jonah Hex (2010)
Posted On 18 Jun 2010 By Jonathan Sullivan. Under 1 Star (Awful), 2010, Action, Action-Adventure, By Star Rating.
Against his better judgment, Jon went to the midnight show of the new Josh Brolin/comic book film Jonah Hex. He regrets it immensely.

Review: Unthinkable (2010)

Posted On 17 Jun 2010 By Jim. Under 2010, 3 Stars (Fantastic), By Star Rating, Drama, Suspense/Thriller.
What would you be willing to do to save the lives of millions of people? Samuel L. Jackson knows his limits as H in the film Unthinkable. They are a lot farther than most people would dream of going or are they? What would you do if you knew that there were three nuclear bombs placed in three different cities that were set to explode in less than a week? Oh I forgot to mention that you have the culprit in your capture and are ready to interrogate them. Think to yourself what would you be able to do.

Review: The Karate Kid (2010)

Posted On 17 Jun 2010 By Jonathan Sullivan. Under 2.5 Stars (Noteworthy), 2010, Action, By Star Rating, Family/Kids.
Ignoring the films it is remade from, The Karate Kid stands on its own as a fun and somewhat intense movie. Oh, and there are no crane kicks. Sorry folks.

With the boss Heather unavailable, Jim and Jon took it upon themselves to do a duo review of The A-Team, the latest TV show to be adapted to film. Do they love it when a plan comes together? Do they pity any fools? Is there a third question? The answers you seek are inside!

Review: From Paris With Love (2010)

Posted On 16 Jun 2010 By Jim. Under 2 Stars (Mediocre), 2010, Action, By Star Rating, Crime, Suspense/Thriller.
Undoubtedly one of most disjointed films I have seen in a long time and one of the worst films from Luc Besson. The only saving grace is wondering what John Travolta was going to say or do next!

Monster Madness: Creature #30
Would you like to wander into a room with a giant sized blood thirty plant that could eat you for dinner? I think not. Audrey 2 from "Little Shop Of Horrors" (1986) is the creepy and also humorous monster of the week.

Review: Burn After Reading (2008)
In the spirit of "The Dark Comedy" Heather presents you with her thoughts and appreciations on one of the more recent ones, done by the eccentric and brilliant Coen brothers.
