Emma Stone is the bright shining center of Easy A, a charming, funny comedy that surprises in the ways it draws inspiriation from Hawthorne's classic novel.

Review: Going the Distance (2010)

I know it's a little late and it's about leave theaters, but if you want a romantic comedy you can bring your girl to and actually NOT want to stab yourself in the face, see Going the Distance. Ditto for those who want to see something that actually realistically portrays a long distance relationship...to a point.

Review: Step Up 3D(2010)
Posted On 10 Aug 2010 By Jonathan Sullivan. Under 2 Stars (Mediocre), 2010, 3 Stars (Fantastic), Comedy, Musical, Romance.
Step Up 3D is definitely the worst Step Up film in the franchise (yes, I've seen them all), but it's still cheesy fun and its gimmicky use of 3D is funny in a macabre way. However, if you're going to see this, do you really care about how good the movie is, or do you just wanna see people do crazy dance moves you could never even attempt? Be real with yourself.

Throwback Tuesday: Meet Joe Black (1998)

Yes. Meet Joe Black is a looooooooooooong film. Long especially when reflecting it's topic matter, but it is a good enough movie that the length is forgivable and at times, even almost comforting. This is one many have forgotten about but well worth a revisit, for Hopkins performance alone.

Finally a movie that is actually decent that has been spawned from a video game. There have been many failed attempts and no successes in my opinion.
