The Brave Little Toaster (1987)

Imagine if your toaster went on a journey of it’s own. That’s the tag line for the film “The Brave Little Toaster”, which happens to be one of my favorite childhood films and also one of my favorite animated films. Like any movie, especially those involving long journey’s this Toaster runs into it’s trials and tribulations, and once lost in a junkyard the Toaster and his friends find a terrifying monster. He is a giant evil magnet, and while this doesn’t sound on paper quite so scary, imagine yourself a toaster, what would be more frightening than a giant evil magnet that could attract you to him and decide your doom in a trash compacter? I’d say that’s pretty intimidating.
